Abel Winn, Ph.D.
A professor of economics at Chapman University, Dr. Winn is an expert in the design of economic systems and experimental economics. In particular, he has studied how expectations are formed and how hold-out problems are resolved. He helped develop the auction format used by the State of Virginia for distributing pollution permits and conducted research on call markets. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University.
